Think outside the box, and do not be afraid to try something new. This is true especially when it comes to marketing your new business! If, for example, you run a pet grooming business and if you own a dog, go ahead and dress the little canine up in a cute costume and then hand out flyers at the local park.

As you can see, running a successful home business depends on your ability to work at home undisturbed and with all the discipline that you had when working for a previous employer.

This does not mean mere reading of testimonials and other personal accounts that cannot be corroborated. Look for third party reviews from recognized bodies that evaluate home businesses.
